
Tim Hadaway has worked globally across the equestrian sector for over 25 years. Initially overseeing and organising national and international equestrian events in the United Kingdom, Tim went on to play a leading role in the British Equestrian Federation leading on developing national strategy and projects in areas including facilities, participation, club and coach development. In 2008 he joined the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games where he was responsible for delivery of the successful London 2012 equestrian events.
Most recently Tim spent 11 years as Director for Games and Championships at the sport’s international governing body, the Federation Equestre Internationale, overseeing planning of multiple international competitions including World Championships and the Olympic and Paralympic equestrian events of Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, before joining the Royal Commission for Alula as Executive Director Equestrian Development in September 2024
