Kylie Rogers is one of Australia’s most respected media and sporting industry leaders. She is the Chief Executive Officer of the Victoria Racing Club (VRC), home of the Melbourne Cup Carnival, where she leads the Club’s racing and non-racing strategy and growth and has recently delivered its most successful Carnival in seven years. Kylie is driving a new three-year strategy to position the VRC as a 365 day destination, expanding its racing and non-racing initiatives to strengthen the club, its Membership base and future profitability and success.

Prior to joining the VRC, Kylie was the Australian Football League’s (AFL) EGM of Customer and Commercial, overseeing revenue, partnerships, broadcast, marketing, digital assets, membership, ticketing, events, and fan growth. She previously held senior media roles including Managing Director of Mamamia, where she led significant domestic and international growth, and 17 years at Network Ten including as National Commercial Director, Kylie shaped Ten’s commercial strategy delivering record revenue performance.
