Jayne McGivern is a globally recognized leader in transforming urban landscapes and iconic venues into world-class destinations. Since she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Sports Boulevard Foundation in 2021, she has been leading Riyadh’s most ambitious urban transformation, shaping a city-wide sports, lifestyle, and cultural ecosystem that integrates innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. Under her leadership, the Foundation has established itself as a benchmark for visionary urban development in the region.

With over 35 years of international experience, McGivern has delivered some of the world’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure and entertainment projects. She served as President of Development and Construction at Madison Square Garden Company, overseeing the delivery of the MSG Sphere. This pioneering, immersive venue combines advanced technology with large-scale entertainment. She has also led landmark projects such as Wembley Stadium as CEO of Multiplex UK, managed the European Division of Multiplex plc, and guided London’s O2 Arena through its acquisition and redevelopment, one of the UK’s largest-ever planning projects.

Her expertise extends beyond execution to strategic advisory and governance roles. McGivern currently serves on the Boards and Committees of Skanska AB, Neom OXAGON, and New Murabbah, contributing her insight to complex infrastructure, construction, and urban development initiatives at the highest level. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she is widely recognized for her ability to navigate multi-stakeholder programs, drive innovation, and deliver iconic projects that leave enduring social, economic, and cultural legacies.

She privately established and owns Dash Grange Stud in 2021, a boutique operation that produces beautifully bred horses for both National Hunt and Flat racing. She is the owner of Golden Horn (GB) 2015, Multiple G1 winner, including the British Derby and Prix de L’Arc de Triomphe. He stands at Overbury Stud.
