With a strong background in aviation and several years experience in the horseracing industry, Al Ali has held key roles including Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager at DRC, later advancing to Deputy Chief Executive Officer before assuming the position of Chief Executive Officer.
He brings extensive media expertise and advanced technology insight, which shape his strategic vision for DRC and Meydan Racecourse - home to the Dubai Racing Carnival and the $30.5 million Dubai World Cup. H.E. Al Ali's leadership was notably recognised following the award-winning Closing Show at the 2025 Dubai World Cup, which earned three Guiness World Records for its innovative drone technology.
Focussed on elevating Dubai's global standing in horseracing, he aims to make Meydan a premier sport entertainment destination that attracts major international events and audiences worldwide.
