Felicity became Chief Executive Officer of Ascot Racecourse on January 1st this year. She joined Ascot as Commercial Director in 2021 with responsibility for all aspects of commercial strategy and added the role of Deputy CEO to her portfolio in 2023.
Before joining Ascot, Felicity worked across the sports Industry for 15 years with agencies and right holders. The majority of her career before Ascot was spent in the Premier League as Commercial Director for West Ham United and at Arsenal F.C where she established the clubs first overseas office in Singapore.
In 2024 she was named one of the 50 most influential Women in Global Sport by the Daily Telegraph.
Felicity is also a non-executive Director for The Great Run Company.
