Casper Stylsvig is an accomplished international sports executive with a distinguished career leading commercial strategy, global partnerships, and brand transformation across some of the world’s most prominent sports organisations. He has held senior leadership roles at Manchester United, Fulham FC, FC Barcelona, AC Milan, and most recently Chelsea FC, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, restructuring the club’s commercial operations, launching a five-year strategic plan, and delivering significant revenue growth.
In October, The Hong Kong Jockey Club announced Casper’s appointment as Executive Director, Sport Business, effective January 2026. As a member of the Board of Management reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, he will oversee the Club’s sports business portfolio and drive end-to-end commercial growth across horse racing, football, lottery, and emerging sports. His remit includes growing wagering and non-wagering income streams, leading the Racecourse Master Plan, developing new global ventures, and strengthening Hong Kong racing as a world-class sports brand.
