Rashid Saed Adiba is the Racing Operations Manager at the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club. He has several years of experience in horse racing administration and sports operations, focusing on strengthening the domestic racing product and enhancing its regional and international presence.
He has contributed to managing racing events and programmes, developing operational systems, race programming, and improving the experience for owners and participants.
Adiba also works on building international partnerships and aligning Qatar’s racing ecosystem with global standards through international participation and cooperation with regional and international authorities.
